Can't Work, Can't Eat
Many of our children’s families earn the poorest of livings by scavenging for rubbish to sell for recycling. Those with traditional skills, such as dancers and drummers, rely upon the celebration of weddings and festivals for their meagre subsistence income. Under the lockdown curfew nobody can work, but everybody needs to eat, so we are currently helping to provide food aid to over one hundred families.
